Cassandra Grace Gibson of Lugoff will be representing South Carolina in the World’s Miss Tourism Pageant. The pageant takes place Friday, July 30 through Sunday, Aug. 2 in Clarksville, Tenn. Casey, a student at North Central High School, currently holds the title of World’s Miss Teen South Carolina Tourism 2015.
