TEN MEMBERS OF BETHUNES state championship baseball team got back together for a 50-year reunion, recently. Some teams are just too special to fade away. And, this special group of young men was just that. Bethune High School’s 1961 State Championship baseball team held its 50th reunion on Saturday, July 9 in conjunction with a multi-class Bethune High School reunion held at the Women’s Club in Bethune.
