Bulldogs run to second straight Region 4-AAA championship

Receiving four top 10 finishes, including Garrett Lawson winning individual honors, the Camden boys’ cross country team won its second consecutive Region 4-AAA championship last Wednesday in the race which was contested at Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site. Earlier in the evening, the Lady Bulldogs finished second in the girls’ portion of the event. As for Jerry Stokes’ Bulldogs, they posted a team score of 23 to easily outdistance Indian Land, which had 50 points.
