HAMID MATHIS HEADS to the end zone with this 36-yard interception return. The score was the only one recorded by Camden in Thursdays 30-7 loss to West Florence.
FLORENCE -- One would have to go back more than a decade in order to find a more disappointing offensive effort than that turned in by Camden in Thursday’s 30-7 loss to West Florence on Thursday night at Memorial Stadium. Bulldog head coach Jimmy Neal did the math, going back 161 games or, 14 years and one week ago. It was that night in Sumter, when in Neal’s debut as the head coach at his high school alma mater, Camden came out n the short end of a 19-7 score in the 1998 season opener against Crestwood.
