Last Tuesday night in Hartsville, the Camden High boys’ soccer team survived a physical game against the host Red Foxes and came home with a hard-earned 2-1 Region 6-AAA victory.During region play, the Bulldogs allowed just five goals. Camden would be the conference champion if it held Marlboro County to no more than one goal two nights later.Anxiety filled Zemp Stadium as the game was scoreless for the first 10 minutes of play. Then, Camden’s Junior Herrera made a straight shot into the back of the net for a 1-0 lead.
