Camden puts its playoff hopes on the line against Gators in Thursday contest
ALEX YOUNG ... CHS safety
Now is not the time to look back, but if he could, Camden head coach Jimmy Neal would love to have about five minutes back from his team’s 14-10 loss to Crestwood in a game played three weeks ago. Late in that game, Camden held a 10-7 lead over the Knights, only to see the guests march down the field for a 60-yard scoring drive which ended in the final minute of what turned out to be a 14-10 Bulldog loss. Had fate’s fickle finger not pointed the other way, Camden would be heading into Thursday’s home finale against Lakewood with a bit more wiggle room.
