CHS takes second, third in SV meet

Fighting wind and rain for the second week in a row, the 10th ranked Camden High boys’ cross country team traveled to the Sandhills course in Columbia last Wednesday to compete in a meet hosted by Spring Valley High School. The Bulldogs came in second place behind the 5A hosts, followed by Providence and Richland Northeast. Jerry Stokes’ runners were led in the meet by Sam Messinides, who achieved a personal best time of 18:13.
