VCU signee Tevin Mack had 26 points to lead host Dreher to a 61-48 victory over Camden in a Region 4-AAA boys’ basketball game played Tuesday night in Columbia.

Junior guard Taylor Kelly led the way for CHS with 19 points while junior Jaylen Nelson and senior D.J. Wilson added 10 and eight points, respectively, for Ron McKie Jr.’s squad.


Dreher handles Lady Bulldogs:

Led by 33 points from center Jhileiya Dunlap, the Dreher girls handed visiting Camden an 88-42 setback on Tuesday night in Region 4-AAA play.

Senior Brooke Dixon and sophomore Janai Crim led Camden with nine points each with senior Jalathea McClendon adding eight.


Tonight’s games: Both Camden and Lugoff-Elgin are on the road tonight for conference doubleheaders. Camden travels to Richland Northeast while L-E will be in Blythewood in a pair of 6 p.m. starts.

North Central returns to The Castle in Boonetown to entertain Indian Land in a 6:30 p.m. twinbill.
