On a Tuesday night which started with an emotional salute to Camden High volunteer wrestling coach Bill Carlton, the evening went out with a whimper for the hosts. In a tri-match which would go a long way toward determining the finishing order in Region 4-AAA, the Bulldogs fell to visiting Indian Land, 45-28, before dropping a 43-36 decision to Chester on a mat which was dedicated to Carlton for his 27 years of service to the Camden wrestling program. The losses left the Dogs with a 1-3 record in Region 4-AAA matches with two left to be wrestled including a dual match at Columbia High next Tuesday which includes Chester.
