As he made his way from the gym to the locker room at halftime of Tuesday’s game with visiting Newberry, Camden head coach Ron McKie overheard some of his players talking about being worn out. It was McKie’s first "uh-oh" moment of the young season. After as complete a first 16 minutes of basketball as the Bulldogs (3-1) have played this season --- leading NHS, 31-23 at the break --- a myriad of sloppy passes and heavy legs did the hosts in as NHS (6-0) used a 26-11 third quarter run to propel the visiting Bulldogs to a 63-56 non-conference victory.
