As his team’s season winds down, Camden High tennis coach Roger Smoak saw a Bulldog team which was not at its best still manage to come away with a 6-0 win over Darlington on Wednesday.Other than Roderick Todd’s 6-0, 6-0 blanking of Austin Blackmon at first singles, however, there was nothing pretty about the shutout.“It seems like we’re getting tired here at the end of the season,” Smoak said after his team improved to 10-5 with the non-region victory. “We’ve been too inconsistent; too up and down. “We’re competing hard in every match, but we’re not peaking like we should be.
