Dogs seeking share of region title with a win over Griffins
TREY WATKINS ... CHS lineman
For the sake of starting an argument, let’s just surmise that Camden head coach Jimmy Neal is not expecting Columbia to pull an upset of Chester tonight. That would mean that Neal and company would have to beat visiting Fairfield Central in order to have any shot of finishing the regular season with the Region 4-AAA football championship or, coming in second place and getting a first round home playoff game in two weeks. Rest assured, Neal and the Bulldogs will not be listening for any scores coming out of the Capital City tonight as they have their work more than cut out for them in trying to slow down a high-flying Griffins squad which will be invading historic Zemp Stadium for tonight’s Hurricane Matthew-delayed regular season finale.
