Even after her team got off to a rocky start to the season, Camden High volleyball head coach Paige Wilson never lost faith. With injuries slowing down some players and facing a tough opening string of matches, Wilson never wavered in saying that the Lady Bulldogs would turn things around and, hopefully, be playing their best ball of the season in November. It turned out that Wilson’s belief in her squad was not just idle chatter as Camden advanced to Thursday’s 3AAA Upper State semifinal match at Pickens following Tuesday’s 3-1, come-from-behind victory over host Lancaster.
