High flyin' Red Fox offense creates concerns for Bulldogs
JAKE ANSLEY ... CHS kicker
Just when he thought his Friday night could not have gotten away worse, Camden High football coach, Jimmy Neal, was informed of Hartsville’s 75-28 blitzing of Lakewood. That score, compounded with Camden’s 14-10 loss to Crestwood in a game concluded minutes earlier at Zemp Stadium hardly left the Bulldog boss with a warm, fuzzy feeling know his squad was next on tap for Hartsville. Tonight, the Bulldogs make their bi-annual trip to Kelleytown Stadium to meet what may well be the most explosive Red Fox team in many a season when the two longtime rivals meet in the second game of the Region 6-AAA campaign.Quickly after Neal learned the score of the Hartsville contest, news spread to his team.
