JOSH TARTE ... CHS offensive lineman
It will be homecoming at Camden High tonight, but the football game will give the Bulldog faithful a look into the future.A Saturday afternoon car accident --- in which a driver, allegedly, rolled through a stop sign --- left CHS starting quarterback Josh Council with a broken sternum, thereby closing out his gridiron career. When the Dogs take to offense tonight against visiting Dreher, they will have sophomore Ross Hough under center for his first varsity start. The left-hander opened the season as the starting junior varsity quarterback and was third on the varsity depth chart. He moved up in rank after back-up Denzel Martin injured his ACL in the Hartsville game.
