Reynolds ready to begin new chapter in his golf career
CHS senior signs on with SMC
CAMDENS RYAN REYNOLDS signed a national letter-of-intent to play golf at Spartanburg Methodist College. Joining Reynolds for his signing were, front row from left, his grandmother, Barbara Horton, his mother, Rachel Reynolds, and his two grandfathers, Ralph Horton and Donnie Tidwell. Looking on from behind are CHS principal Dan Matthews, CHS head golf coach Matt McCarley and CHS athletic director Jimmy Neal.
When you have been swinging a golf club since the age of two, breaking the habit is not the easiest thing in to do. That in itself is a good reason why Ryan Reynolds wanted to continue to play golf in college. The fact that Spartanburg Methodist College offered him that opportunity made it even more attractive.
