All season long, Camden has been searching for that one win on which it could hang its collective hat on.Well, you can call in the bloodhounds.Lawson Stokes’ two-out, two-run, two-strike game-winning single in the bottom of the seventh lifted the Bulldogs to a 4-3 win over sixth-ranked Chapin in Thursday’s regular season finale at American Legion Park. The walk-off, bases loaded single was the third hit of the game for the sophomore first baseman. It also was the first time all night in which the Bulldogs, who scored solo runs in the fourth and sixth frames, had the lead. The win gave the hosts a 5-5 mark in Region 4-AAA play while the loss dropped the visiting Eagles (8-2) to second place in the six-team circuit behind A.C. Flora (9-1).Denny Beckley’s squad, winners of five of their last six, will carry a ton of momentum into Friday’s District 2 tourney opener at Region 2 champion Greenville.
