Nobody has ever accused Camden’s American Legion Park of being a launching pad for baseballs. Tuesday night, however, the spacious home to the Camden Bulldogs played like Coors Field, pre-humidor, as Darlington belted four home runs --- including a pair off the bat of Kennard McDowell --- in a 17-7 thrashing of the Bulldogs. The loss was the third in a row for Denny Beckley’s banged-up charges, which saw their Region 6-AAA mark evened at 2-2.
