Spartans ready to take first step against Grace Crossing
CMA kicks off season at home on Saturday
WILL RICE AND CMA will try for their second straight opening game victory when Grace Crossing comes to Spartan Field on Saturday afternoon.
When Camden Military Academy opens its season on Saturday afternoon, Will Rice is hoping his troops will get off to a quick start to set the tone for the game and, hopefully, the season. As for Grace Crossing Home School, the Fighting Christians are hoping to slow down somebody … anybody in this 2:30 p.m. start. The visitors have allowed 139 points in their first two games of the season and will come to Spartan Field following last Friday’s 71-6 loss to Metrolina Christian Academy in which the winners scored the final 64 points.
