A week of practice which opened with Camden Military Academy players being asked to step out of their comfort zone and take on new roles ended with a 15-12 loss to East Clarendon last Friday night in Turbeville. The defeat evened the Spartans’ on-field record at 1-1 while the win was the first in four tries for the Wolverines. CMA received a gutsy performance from starting tailback Blake Roberts, who despite having a nagging ankle injury, played the first half of this game before being removed due to the injury worsening as the night went on.
