COLUMBIA -- By the time Bryce Jeffcoat hooked up with Landon Goodwin on a 41-yard first quarter scoring pass to give visiting Camden a 7-0 lead over Richland Northeast, you could have posted the “Closed” sign on the door. On a Friday night in which the only way the RNE offense moved the ball in the first half was thanks to the Bulldogs’ 10 penalties for 93 yards, Camden breezed to a 45-0 win over the 4A Cavaliers to improve to 4-1 on the season. The start is the best for CHS since opening the 2010 campaign with six straight victories.
