Having been shut out in each of their two previous games and three of their last four, the Camden High baseball team was looking to score a run by any means possible heading into Friday’s Region 4-AAA opener at Fairfield Central. The Bulldogs (2-5), who mustered a grand total of nine runs in their first six games of the season, exploded for eight in downing the host Griffins, 8-2. The offensive output backed a complete game effort from Devin Beckley.
