Three nights after suffering a tough road loss at Lower Richland, the Camden boys’ basketball team rebounded with its best effort of the season.Hosting third-ranked Dreher on Friday on Mike Culp court, the Bulldogs knocked off third-ranked Dreher, 59-47.The win was the first in three Region 4-AAA outings for Ron McKie’s troops. The visiting Blue Devils fell to 1-2 in conference action.Camden led by five at halftime and continued to hold off the Blue Devils and extended its lead to a dozen by game’s end.Junior center Delton Bradford led all scorers as he poured in a season-high 22 points for the winners.
