It was a mixed bag for horses with Camden connections at the races this past weekend.On Friday afternoon in Hot Springs, Ark., Peachtree Stable’s Plum Pretty opened her 4-year-old campaign with a 2 ¼-length victory in the $500,000 Apple Blossom Handicap at Oaklawn Park.Peachtree Stable is owned by Camden’s John Fort. The 2011 $1 million Kentucky Oaks winner was developed in Camden at Kip Elser’s Kirkwood Stables before being sent to trainer Bob Baffert.The 4-year-old daughter of Medaglia d’Oro went off as the 2-1 favorite and showed a little rust at the break in what was her first start in five months. Jockey Rafael Bejarano actually took advantage of the sluggish beginning to rate off a pace set by frontrunner Twelve Twenty Two.Absinthe Minded got up for second and Tiz Miz Sue was third.
