Colonial Cup winner romps to a record-setting victory

Satchel Paige, it was not. As Paddy Young peeked behind him from his mount atop Slip Away in the 41st running of the $100,000 Carolina First Colonial Cup Steeplechase, none of the five remaining jumpers in Saturday's final day of the 2010 National Steeplechase Association season were gaining on him. Under a hand ride from Young, the 7-year-old son of 1998 Horse of the Year Skip Away romped to a 25 3/4-length win at the Springdale Race Course.
