National Racing Hall of Fame jockey Pat Day will be the guest speaker at the South Carolina Thoroughbred Owners’ and Breeders’ Association awards banquet.The annual event will be held Saturday, Jan. 21 at the Robert Mills Court House on South Broad St. in Camden. Tickets for the evening are $75. The night will begin with a silent auction at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.Day, a native of Brush, Colo., was inducted into the National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., in 1991.
