Amy Taylor Rowe’s Maserati slammed down the accelerator in Fair Hill’s stretch on Saturday and drew away to a dominant 5 1/4-length victory in the $45,000 Valentine Memorial Ratings Handicap. The stop concluded the National Steeplechase Association’s spring campaign. Bruton Street US’s Scorpiancer closed late to nip Top Striker for second by a half-length.
