First, it was a technical malfunction which led to the National Anthem being scratched to mark the start of Tuesday’s AAA Upper State semifinal game between visiting Southside and Camden. It would get progressively worse for the host Bulldogs over the course of the next 32 minutes. On a big stage in which Camden played its worst, the Dogs were eliminated after their deepest postseason run since their 2008-09 state championship run by the visitors from Greenville, 61-35.
