Putting themselves in an early 12-point hole in the first quarter of Thursday’s opening game with Great Falls, the Camden Military Academy basketball team closed the gap to nine points in the final minutes of the contest. That, however, would be as close as John Smith’s charges would let the Spartans get en route to a 78-56 victory. "We were down 13 at halftime and we made a run at them in the third quarter," said CMA head coach Speedy Johnson.
