Regardless of what the weatherman says, Kershaw County’s four high school baseball teams will open their seasons with a trio of pre-season tournaments starting Saturday and continuing throughout next week. Camden, which is ranked eighth in the South Carolina Baseball Coaches Association AAA pre-season poll, will make its annual stop in the Pee Dee Invitational Pre-Season Tournament. Denny Beckley's Bulldogs will play their first three games in West Florence before the event heads to Kelleytown Stadium next Thursday and Friday.
