After having its appeal for its athletic teams to be moved from the proposed Region 4-5A into Region 3-4A denied last week by the South Carolina High School League (SCHSL) Executive committee, Lugoff-Elgin will return to Columbia today to have its appeal heard by the SCHSL’s appellate panel. Kershaw County School Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan will present L-E’s case to the seven-member board. L-E is scheduled to be the first school to have its case heard.
