Lugoff-Elgin finished third in last weekend’s two-day Lexington Knockout Duals as the Demons’ 4-1 record was behind that of event champion Eastside and the host Wildcats. L-E (19-2) opened the tournament last Friday by breezing past 4A North Myrtle Beach, 57-24. That was followed by a 66-18 win over Westside in a match in which Demons’ starting 120-pound senior Jacob Paulson sustained a broken arm.
