Camden High girls’ basketball team took a giant step toward making their first state tournament appearance since the 2002-03 season with a 41-28 win over visiting Chester on Tuesday on the Michael G. Culp Court. The victory gave the Lady Bulldogs a season sweep over Chester as Natalie Jeffcoat and company improved to 2-4 in Region 4-AAA play heading into tonight’s game at Indian Land.
