Fresh off having won their first region championship since 1998, the Camden girls’ basketball team will host the loser of Thursday night’s Region 5-AAA tournament championship game between Orangeburg-Wilkinson (11-1) and Fox Creek (8-7) in Monday’s opening round of the AAA Lower State tournament.
