LUGOFF-ELGIN TIGHT END Elliott Campbell (21) and his Demon teammates will take on A.C. Flora in the third game of tonights 40th annual Camden Shrine Club Jamboree at Zemp Stadium.
On an evening in which jokes were told and coaches talked about the struggles their teams were having going into the season, Buck Hall struck a serious tone at the Camden Shrine Club’s jamboree kickoff dinner at Lake Shamokin. “Whatever you do,” he said while looking first at the coaches and then at a group of officials seated at a table, “if you see a child in distress, please stop the game. Don’t worry about time outs; they can have as many as they need.
