Bengals hold off pesky Demons

JORDAN KING HELPED SET up a one-yard L-E touchdown run with a catch in Fridays loss to Blythewood.
Lugoff-Elgin provided the scare on Halloween, but didn’t deserve the treat. The host Demons played a solid first half on Friday night, but visiting Blythewood pulled away in the third quarter for the 41-28 win. The Demons would get season-highs in points and yards but the Bengals (4-6, 2-2 in Region 4-4A) were just a few possessions better.
