This was one time you didn’t mind being wrong.During the short break between the finish of their state 4A tournament-opening 51-20 win over Spartanburg and the start of a second round pairing with Dorman, the Lugoff-Elgin wrestling staff hurriedly scripted out a scenario of how Saturday afternoon’s match would unfold. Their conclusion as to how they would beat the Cavaliers was not even close to what the end result would be about an hour later.Using a closing 23-0 run, the Demons advanced into tonight’s third round encounter at Rock Hill with a 50-24 victory over the Cavaliers to cap a series of three state tourney matches held inside the Demons Den. Tonight's match is set for a 7 p.m. start at Rock Hill High School.“We figured it, 36-30,” said Demons’ head coach Evan Moxie of how the computations of his staff had this one ending in L-E’s favor.
