The Lugoff-Elgin boys ssoccer team has had a few tough games in the past weeks, but as the team reaches the midway point in the season, head coach Matt Brosius has high hopes for how the season will end. "I feel our team has the skill and drive to make it to playoffs in 4A. This is a great opportunity for our school program and (the) players," Brosius said. Even though the last game before spring break was a 4-3 win against Richland Northeast, the team hit a slump in their previous two meetings against top-ranked Irmo and Blythewood.
