The Lugoff-Elgin strength team had yet another strong showing at the 2018 region strength meet, which L-E hosted. The Demons led the way with most state qualifiers from participating schools. A total of 25 Lugoff-Elgin lifters placed this year with 18 qualifying for the state strength meet to be held at White Knoll High School on March 24.
