NCS GRAYSON KING was selected as the co-player of the year in Region 3-AA for this past season.

Same results.North Central High School senior Grayson King was named as the Region 3-AA baseball co-player of the year in a vote of the six baseball head coaches in the conference. He shared the honor with Zach Hawkins of undefeated Region 3-AA champion Pelion.A year ago, King, a Francis Marion signee, was named as the player of the year in Region 3-A.In addition to King, the Knights also had Ryan Baker, J.P. Faulkenberry and Broderick Gaither make their way onto the All-3-AA squad.King, a 6-foot, 200-pound pitcher/infielder/outfielder, finished his senior season with an 8-2 mound mark for Robbie Cash’s Knights, which finished runner-up in Region 3-AA. King threw 57 innings in 11 appearances, allowed 27 hits and 11 earned runs.
