L-EHS takes 1st at home in Palmetto Slam
L-EHS Wrestling Winners
Members of the Lugoff-Elgin High School (L-EHS) Demons wrestling team show off the 1st Place trophy earned while participating in the Palmetto Slam tournament held at L-EHS during the weekend. The team scored 223.5 points, with wrestlers Devin Wilson, Jacob Power, Jacob Carron and Seth Ham winning championships in their divisions. The Camden High School (CHS) Bulldogs came in third in the tournament with 123 total points. Lugoff-Elgin High School (L-EHS) wrestlers took first place in their own tournament, the Palmetto Slam, over the weekend. The Demons scored 223.5 points to outlast the competition, which included wrestler from 21 different schools around the state. The Camden High School (CHS) Bulldogs also finished well, placing third overall along with four solid finishes.
