For the second time in three years, a member of the Lugoff-Elgin High School student trainers’ staff has been selected to be a student athletic trainer for the South Carolina Shrine Bowl football team. L-E senior Stephen Fogle will be the lone Kershaw County representative involved in Saturday’s 75th edition of the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas football game. The contest, which pits the top players from the Palmetto State against their North Carolina counterparts, will kick off at 1 p.m. inside Gibbs Stadium on the Wofford College campus in Spartanburg.
