Bailey Douglas belted her 15th home run of the season as the Lugoff-Elgin softball team closed out a perfect 8-0 season in Region 4-5A play with a 10-o win over visiting Blythewood Wednesday night.
In addition to blast off the bat of the Coker College signee Douglas, North Greenville University-bound Kaley Goerlich went 4-for-4 in the rout. Both Aubrey Rabon and Emma Spradley went 3-for-3 at the plate.
Lady Bulldogs rout Keenan: The Camden softball team scored 14 first inning runs and tacked on nine more in the second to defeat visiting Kennan, 23-1, in Wednesday’s Senior Night contest.

The loss came in spite of the three-goal night recorded by Camden freshman forward Van Blank.
The loss left Jerry Jones’ squad with a 3-3 record in conference play.
