VONNIE HOLLIDAY IS PLAYING a key role in the Collective Bargining Agreement betwen the NFL Players Association and the NFL owners.
Earlier this year, following the completion of his 13th NFL season and his first with the Washington Redskins, Camden native Vonnie Holliday took time out to talk to the Chronicle-Independent about the negotiations on a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), between the NFL Players Association and the NFL owners. The NFL owners are threatening to stage a league-wide players’ lockout should an agreement between the two sides not be reached by March 3. The 35-year-old Holliday is the Redskins’ player representative, a role which the 6-foot-5, 288-pound defensive lineman filled during his time as a member of the Miami Dolphins.
