Following his team’s 9-2 Monday night loss to visiting Lewisville in their final non-conference game of the season, North Central baseball coach Robbie Cash told his players to flush that game and look ahead to those which will determine their post-season fate. With four Region 4-AA contests left on the docket, should the Knights (3-5 and in fifth place in 4-AA play) run the table, they will finish no worse than third in the seven-team circuit and earn a state tournament berth. Three wins and NC will need some help to still be playing come May.
