In a season of firsts, this is the biggest of them all ... so far.For the first time in school history, the North Central High School tennis team is playoff-bound.First-year head coach Jon Parker’s charges clinched a trip to the post-season with a 7-0 victory over Keenan to improve to 5-0 in Region 3-AA. Christian Pratt avenged his only loss of the season against his opponent, with a 6-3, 6-3 victory at first singles. Justin Reynolds remained undefeated in the region at second singles with a 6-1, 6-2 win while Josh Outen scored a pair of 6-0 shutouts in third singles to keep the shutout intact.Coleman Roberts swept his fourth singles pairing, winning 6-0, 7-5. Julia Daniels kept her perfect season going with a pair of 6-0 blankings at fifth singles.
