Panthers could pose problems for Knights

If there was any good which came out of last week’s 39-0 loss to Keenan for North Central, it was the fact that the Knights got a feel for the speed of some of the teams they will face in Region 3-AA over the next four weeks.Tonight, NC makes the trip to meet a Pelion squad which does not possess the same type of speed as Louis Clyburn’s charges faced a week ago, but pose some similar problems, nonetheless.“We won’t face any team that’s faster than Keenan,” Clyburn said of his team’s upcoming opponents. “Certainly, the speed of the game is picking up and our kids are getting used to that. There won’t be any surprises for our kids from here on out.”While the Knights may not be in for any surprises tonight, speed-wise, they will be going up a Panther squad which seems to have a Jekyll and Hyde type personality.
