Pierce ready to hit new heights at The Citadel

An athlete from Camden High winning a state championship in the pole vault would have gotten you laughed out of meets a little more than a year ago. It has only been since 2012 that the school had its own paved track and field facility. That year, for the first time, the Bulldogs also had a pole vault pit to call their own.
