First, Camden dimmed the lights on a Lugoff-Elgin comeback. Seconds later, the lights went out altogether. In what has been a colorful series, Friday’s 36th edition of the Wateree River Rivalry presented by the Mid-Carolina Credit Union had a black and white tone added to it as a blackout early in the third quarter following a CHS touchdown led to a delay of some 25 minutes.
