Camden could return to a time from its recent past. Lugoff-Elgin may well become part of what was one of Camden’s former regions while North Central is staying put. That would be the scenario if things stay the way they were written up in the South Carolina High School League’s 2016-18 realignment proposal which was released to its member schools on Monday.
